JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities: 

1. Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure/ architecture of our product using Python and Postgres , MySQL. 
2. Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate backend functionality with the React/ Angular-based client application and Native Application for both of the IOS and Android version. Responsible for architectural decisions with consultation from other members of engineering leadership Build APIs and web services to facilitate communication between the client application and the server. 
3. Optimize the performance and scalability of the backend architecture to support a growing user base. 
4. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise with the product and implement solutions.
5. Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and implement new features Write and test product or system development code. 
6. Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analysing the sources of issues and the impact on service operations quality. 

Required Skills:

1. strong knowledge in AWS Lambda, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
2. Having experience with MySQL, Postgres, or other relational databases. 
3. Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs 
4. Experience with deploying and managing web applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure 
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
6. Proficient in Git 
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills
